DEEP SLEEP SESSION
FOR ADULTS
Sleep science is based on holistic practices – sleep is a natural bodily function that does not need to be learned, taught or trained. In this slow session, we’ll discover your sleep challenges and tap into any anxious or negative thoughts that might disturb your body’s natural rhythms and prevent you from living naturally and comfortably.
Together we analyze:
- Your past and present (non-sleeping) habits
- Your sleep chronotype
- Your morning and evening rituals
- Your sleep hygiene
- Your sleep environment
- Using a holistic approach, we’ll also examine: eating habits, medications and/or supplements, physical activity, hormonal activity, lifestyle habits, relationships, relaxation techniques, stress and environmental factors
This deep sleep session is designed to better understand the state of your health in relation to sleep and to define your sleep goals. But first, let’s hear more about you.

First session
We’ll conduct a comprehensive, in-depth assessment to learn more about your sleep goals and challenges. In this 2-hour session, we’ll plan out your personal sleep plan and/or habit plan.
Sleep action plan
I’ll create a unique sleep action plan based on your personal sleep goals and share recommendations on how to implement easy, daily habits that will optimize your sleep.
Ongoing support and education
You’ll have access to useful, holistic sleep-science resources that are tailored to your sleep plan and your unique sleep challenges. You’ll also have unlimited access to my email for additional support.
3-4 support sessions
In each 1-hour follow-up session we’ll discuss your achievements and challenges while following the sleep plan and make further adjustments that will improve your personal sleep growth.

I wrote my book for every woman who says “I’m fine” — while falling apart inside.

My journey
While writing the book, I realized it was teaching me. From the rhythm of life itself — the one that gently revealed what truly matters — my 7M principles were born. Not from planning, but from living.
My 7M — an inner compass
Mindful self-love — rest begins here. Everything starts with the relationship you have with yourself. How much tenderness can you give yourself today?
Meaningful sleep — not a luxury, but a necessity. When you allow yourself to rest, your body returns to life with gratitude.
Meditation — here, there’s no way to get it wrong.
Mindful nourishment — not about rules, but about respect for your body. About choices that nourish you, not weigh you down.
Movement — not for calories or challenges. It’s about coming back to your body, to your breath, to the here and now.
Mindset — you guide your thoughts, not the other way around.
Moments of joy — the small, everyday moments that, in truth, are your life.
These 7M’s have become not only the direction of my book, but also my inner compass. Whenever I feel stuck, I return to them — like a gentle reminder that everything I’m searching for is already within me.
