DEEP SLEEP SESSION
FOR ADULTS
Sleep science is based on holistic practices – sleep is a natural bodily function that does not need to be learned, taught or trained. In this slow session, we’ll discover your sleep challenges and tap into any anxious or negative thoughts that might disturb your body’s natural rhythms and prevent you from living naturally and comfortably.
Together we analyze:
- Your past and present (non-sleeping) habits
- Your sleep chronotype
- Your morning and evening rituals
- Your sleep hygiene
- Your sleep environment
- Using a holistic approach, we’ll also examine: eating habits, medications and/or supplements, physical activity, hormonal activity, lifestyle habits, relationships, relaxation techniques, stress and environmental factors
This deep sleep session is designed to better understand the state of your health in relation to sleep and to define your sleep goals. But first, let’s hear more about you.

First session
We’ll conduct a comprehensive, in-depth assessment to learn more about your sleep goals and challenges. In this 2-hour session, we’ll plan out your personal sleep plan and/or habit plan.
Sleep action plan
I’ll create a unique sleep action plan based on your personal sleep goals and share recommendations on how to implement easy, daily habits that will optimize your sleep.
Ongoing support and education
You’ll have access to useful, holistic sleep-science resources that are tailored to your sleep plan and your unique sleep challenges. You’ll also have unlimited access to my email for additional support.
3-4 support sessions
In each 1-hour follow-up session we’ll discuss your achievements and challenges while following the sleep plan and make further adjustments that will improve your personal sleep growth.
Additional follow-up sessions
If any further support is needed, I offer additional follow-up sessions for 50.00 EUR each.
SLEEP MENTORING
FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN
- Create a general sleep plan for your child
- Discover the best relaxation techniques for you and your family
- Discover some useful “SOS” calming techniques
- Look at your child’s eating habits
- I will provide you with educational resources based on sleep science and holistic health for additional information and support
I love helping families sleep! There’s something particularly special about being together with my own family and discovering small steps we can take to gradually change not only our children’s sleeping habits, but our own as well.
I’m not here to judge you. Even more so, I’m not here to dictate what sleeping habits are “normal” for you and your child. Our session together is dedicated to helping your family get the best sleep possible by discovering personal, joyful rituals that work best for you.
First session
In the first session, we’ll discuss your family’s current sleep situation, your child’s sleep schedule, possible culprits of restless sleep and family sleep expectations. Considering factors like age, lifestyle and general expectations, we’ll create a unique plan that’s tailored to your family’s sleep needs.
Sleep action plan
Looking at your child’s personality and temperament, we’ll introduce new sleep-enhancing rituals and use gentle parenting sleep techniques to create a plan that will allow you to get a good night’s sleep.
Ongoing support and education
In addition to in-person sessions, you’ll have access to useful, holistic sleep-science resources that can help support you and your family’s journey to better sleep.
3-4 support sessions
In each 1-hour follow-up session, we’ll discuss successes, necessary improvements and celebrate you and your child’s achievements.
Additional follow-up sessions
If any further support is needed, I offer additional follow-up sessions for 50.00 EUR each.
